How soon can I get a service estimate and what’s the earliest you can begin our service?

We are usually able to meet you within 24-48 hours.  We almost never have a delay of more than 2 business days before we can get started on any type of job you may have.

Why should I use a pool service?

A pool service saves you time and increases your enjoyment. Unless you like to service your pool for therapeutic reasons, or you need to care for it for financial reasons,having a professional pool service is the obvious choice to make.  Your time is worth more than the cost of service.  Think of the extra time to spend with family and other important pursuits.  Less stress, fewer details, more fun.

How do I know if I have a leak?

First measure.  If you think you have a leak,measure the water level at the beginning of the each day. If you are losing 1/3of an inch of water every day, you may have a leak.  Unless you have particularly splashy swimmers in your pool, it is a good idea to have it checked out.

Do you have a contract for maintenance services?

We always want to meet your expectations.  That is why we love our contract.  It spells out our services and policies.  We concentrate on meeting your needs, and continuing to earn your business. You know exactly what services are covered.  If you want to see a copy, just send us an e-mail.  Our contract can be cancelled with a 30 day written notice so you are not locked in.

What qualifications do your service personnel have?

We take pride in our team.  They are well trained,proud of their work, and well screened. Being worthy of trust is one of our deliverables.  Our customers with locks on their gates have no hesitation to hand us the key, combination number, or gate opener.

How easy is it to communicate with ASP?

We want you to have a live person to talk to – rather than a machine.  Our office is staffed for inquiries between 8:00a.m. and 4:00p.m.  If you encounter our voice mail, it is only because we are giving our undivided attention to another customer.  We will return your call promptly.  We also provide a cell phone to your maintenance technician and maintenance supervisor.  It is our goal to respond to your calls on the same day.

Do you include chemicals in your cleaning service?

Absolutely.  No need for you to purchase and/or store chemicals.  We take care of everything for you.

Are there any extra costs to service?

Our fees cover all basic maintenance services. Sometimes, you might need a little more. If you want us to remove scale from tile and rocks there will be a labor charge added.  If your pool builds a high phosphate count there will be a minimal extra chemical cost to remove them. Filter cleaning is recommended every six months and is charged separately.  Of course,  cleanup of trees from major storms, or vandalism is charged separately. We will never do any additional work without providing you with a cost estimate and getting your approval.
